We are extremely delighted to work with Mark (Reynolds Residential), he is a very hardworking and trustworthy individual who goes above and beyond to deliver results. I have only mentioned some of the key highlights about Mark and his workmanship but there are many more. 1. Uses quality products. 2. Very competitive rates compared to other builders in the market. Trust me, we did research over 40 builders to get prices before we signed up with him. 3. Very fast and effective communication. Always responds to your questions in a timely manner no matter how big or small the queries are. 4. Delivers the results on time and the final outcome was delivered to us before the project completion date which is important these days. He is the sole contact person for the job, no intermediate persons such as administrator or site supervisor which made it so easy for us to coordinate and communicate. If we had to give more than 5 stars we would, overall, yes he is our 5 star builder. Without any doubt or hesitation we will award any upcoming works to him. Thank you Mark for doing splendid work for our extension works..

I found Mark extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish and I am extremely happy with the finish product. The build was finished in time and within budget. I would also use Reynolds Residential again and I highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark organised everything from building a wall to close off from the rest of the house, adding a new door and door frame and laying new floor boards to name a few. The whole project went as smoothly as possible and at a fair price. Mark was always contactable if I had any questions, would highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼
